We created this page because on our busy days, we can’t always answer the phone but want to make sure you have your questions answered prior to arriving. Please read through our FAQ and if you can’t find your answer here, then text our facility director for any additional questions you may have: 920-737-7013.

  • Where will we park? There are over 35 parking spaces immediately adjacent to the building and another 100+ within one block, all offered for FREE.

  • Is this just for kids? Absolutely not. We have activities for adults and kids alike. Pricing for adults is the same as for children.

  • Can I drop off my child? Child drop-off is only allowed if a child is at least 12 years old and has a signed waiver, a paid ticket and a means to get home after the admission has expired. All kids left unattended must be over 12 years old. Younger children can not be left to be attended by older siblings.

  • Do I have access to the entire facility? Yes. Notes: Laser Tag is booked in 30 min increments on a first come first serve basis with a height requirement of 40 inches at the shoulders.

  • Are you open? We are closed on most major holidays, but to ensure we are open, visit our “Buy Tickets” link on our home page and if online tickets are available, we are open! If you want to make REALLY Sure, don’t hesitate to text our Facility Director 920-737-7013.

  • Do I need a waiver if I am not participating? Yes. Per our insurance, all guests regardless of participation need an active waiver on file. Waivers do not need to be repeated if you have done one in the past.

  • Can I bring in food and drink? Concessions are available for purchase, so outside food is not permitted. Water and sports drinks are allowed.

  • What concessions do you offer? We offer pizza, chicken tenders, fries, mozzarella sticks, popcorn, pretzels, nachos, chips, candy slushies, soft drinks, sports drinks, wine and beer.

  • Can I bring in food and drink for a birthday party? Our birthday party packages are designed for you to “Do it yourself” and bring your own food and drink OR have Strand Adventures take the load off and provide pizza, drinks and cakes. Food and Drink are only permitted in the party rooms!

  • Can I just walk in? Although walk-ins are allowed, please note that check-in is quicker and smoother when tickets are purchased online and waivers are completed.

  • Does the parent have to buy a ticket to bring their child? If the parent is not participating in the activities, the parent’s admission is FREE with a child’s paid ticket.

  • Are lockers available? Lockers are available to rent.

  • Is the facility wheelchair accessible? Areas of the facility on the first floor can be accessed by a wheelchair which includes the Adventure Park, Climbing Wall, Ninja Gym and Bounce Houses.

  • Can I use a gift card online? Our online ticketing system does not allow for the use of gift cards online. Feel free to walk -in and purchase your tickets with your gift card.

  • Do I need to purchase toddler and general admission tickets separately online? Because our online ticketing system doesn’t have a “Cart”, toddler and general admission tickets need to be purchased separately.

  • Do I need special socks for participation? You do NOT need special socks. Any socks will do!
